New York, NY – September 11, 2011 – When 7 World Trade Center collapsed after the attacks on 9/11 a decade ago, the Borough of Manhattan Community College’s Fiterman Hall, which was directly across the street, sustained damage to the building’s eastern and southern facades.  To both pay homage to those who lost their lives and to those whose lives were forever changed on 9/11 and to show a commitment to renewal, BMCC contracted Apple Visual Graphics to create a 40′x76′ American Flag.  This flag was draped over Fiterman Hall, which is currently under reconstruction, at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 8, 2011. read more →
